So why not just "Health Issues"?  Well, while we recognize that there is a fair amount of commonality or over-lap between men's and women's health, we also recognize the need for information focused on men.  This is because men's health is a complicated and particular science, just like women's health.  Men in fact have a very unique set of concerns and health needs to be addressed. 

Prostate Cancer exclusively effects men.  Other diseases and conditions, from diabetes to high blood pressure, effect men differently than women.
The differences are not only in the symptoms, but also in the treatment for these and other conditions.  The bottom-line is, as men, we have to approach our health and well-being with our maleness always in mind.  At the risk of sounding cliche', it's time to get in touch with ourselves gentlemen. 

Because there are so many strategies and things to address when it comes to men's health, it sometimes helps to have a list.    A U.S. Government health publication listed these keys to a healthy male life:

Those are fairly self-explanatory.  They are basic, but helpful guidelines to healthy living.  When you think about it, you have to take care of two things --your body, and your mind.
This is an idea that has been voiced across cultures for thousands of years.  If you just take of your mind, and let your body deteriorate, then this will eventually deteriorate your mind.  The opposite is also true.  But together, with healthy mind and body, you are one unstoppable man-machine.
 

So how do we take care of our mind and our body?  Its more simple than you think ---
