Penis pumps have been used for a long time in many different forms.  The way it works is that a tube, usually plastic, is placed over the entire shaft of the penis, and a seal is formed at the base.  Air is then removed from the tube, creating a vaccuum effect, either with manual pumping or electric pumping.

This vacuum effect sucks more and more blood into the penis, much more than usual, and this of course enlarges the penis.  This can be effective, but only temporarily, and has many down-side risks associated with it.

The down-side risks include but are not limited to:
Penis Pumps?
Burst Blood Vessels
Blisters around base of penis
ED or impotence
Possible damage to ligaments surrounding base of the penis
Overall, based on the partial and temporary effectiveness, and down-side risks, we would not recommend the use of a penis pump to achieve penis enlargement.

Any one or a combo of the methods we recommend on our site will give you much better and much safer results.   If you must use a penis pump, just make sure you proceed with caution, always follow the directions exactly, and make sure not to overdo it.
